When you hand your payroll over to Joii, we will implement a straightforward onboarding process that ensures your staff are ported into our system with minimal fuss. Prior to each pay period, we’ll invoice your business for your staff’s wages and pass those costs on to you as a simple tax invoice.

Because we have scale and an efficient and compliant system we provide added security, compliance and accuracy at no additional cost when payroll processes are handed over to Joii. Your staff will not cost you any more than they currently do – however, for those staff employed by Joii and contracted back to your business, we are able to provide a range of benefits that could include; salary packaging options, higher net pay, novated leases, and the opportunity to give back to the community all without costing your business any more.
