How it works

Our aim is to pass on any Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) benefits directly to help fund our Social Impact programs. Our cautious approach, ensuring that no staff member is worse off, generally means that your staff could benefit from higher net pay, Joii’s higher superannuation, discount cards, novated leases, etc without you having to pay any more than you currently do.
