We are pleased to announce the appointment of Zac Zahner as Corporate Services Manager at Joii Limited.
Zac brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance, executive leadership, financial management, strategy and organisational development, with more than 15 years working closely with boards, executive teams and organisations to strengthen governance structures, strategic direction and business performance.
His career has included senior executive positions including CFO and CEO, as well as leading his own corporate governance consultancy. He has worked across a range of organisations and has developed extensive experience in helping businesses and not-for-profit organisations establish effective governance, sound financial management, and clear strategic objectives.
Zac also brings a strong understanding of the not-for-profit and community sector, including his involvement with Encircle, where he has served as a General Director and contributed to finance, risk management, governance, and organisational sustainability.
At Joii, Zac will play an important role in strengthening our corporate services, governance, financial and organisational frameworks, supporting the Group as it continues to grow and develop.
His experience is particularly relevant to Joii as we continue to build sustainable commercial enterprises that support our broader social purpose — creating meaningful employment opportunities for people who have experienced social disadvantage and using the success of our businesses to help fund our ongoing social enterprises.
